How to fix the crane with wire rope
The starting and ending position of the crane wire rope generally needs to be connected with other zero prefabricated components or fixed on many structures of the crane, and the crane wire rope tail fixation is an important part of the safety of the crane wire rope.
(1) braided wire rope
The weaving method is to bend the top of the rope into a ring, the side of the ring into a heart ring, so that the tail of the rope (short end) the tip of the heart ring and the rope body (long end) part of the joint, and then use the steel wire to tie the part of the rope together, and rely on the sliding friction of the two rope segments to fix the crane with the rope tail. Safety basic requirements braid length should be greater than 15 times the diameter of the crane wire rope, should not be less than 300mm; The compressive strength of the connection is not less than 75%.
(2) The wire rope clamp is fixed
The disassembly of wire rope clamp is simple, reliable and has been widely used. When the wire rope clamp is fixed, it is necessary to pay attention to the total number of wire rope clips, the interval of wire rope clips, and the compressive strength of the fixed position in the direction of wire rope clips. The strength of the fixed contact can not be less than 85% of the breaking resistance of the rope used by the crane. The total number of wire rope clamps increases according to the increase of the diameter of wire rope used in the crane. For example, the radius of the rope used by the crane is 16mm, and three wire rope clips can be used; When the radius of the crane wire rope is 45mm, more than 6 wire rope clamps are needed to achieve the compressive strength of the fixed position. The wire rope clip pin should be on the short side of the wire rope used in the crane, and the U-shaped prefabricated member should be on the short end, which should not be reversed or toppled. The rope clip interval should not be less than 6 times the diameter of the rope used in the crane.
(3) Diagonal wedge and wedge sleeve connecting wire rope
The crane uses one end of the wire rope to bypass the wedge, and the clamping effect of the wedge in the stainless steel sleeve specification makes the crane fixed with the wire rope. The more the bearing capacity, the slope of the wedge in the sleeve specification is very tight to the crane with the wire rope. The compressive strength of the fixed place is about 75% to 85% of the strength of the rope itself.
