Slow and even: Regardless of the winding method, the operation should be kept stable and at a uniform speed to avoid sudden pulling or twisting, which may cause damage to the structure of the steel wire rope.
Consistent direction: During the winding process, keep the twisting direction of the rope consistent. If the steel wire rope undergoes natural twisting during use, this twisting direction should be followed during winding to avoid reverse twisting exacerbating the internal stress of the rope.
Fixed rope tail: After coiling, it is necessary to use knots or specialized fixtures to fix the rope tail to prevent it from scattering during transportation or storage.
